When glass is available, ordering may be done either on Facebook or by emailing glassmaker@strikingcolor.com IMPORTANT!!! If you have a Yahoo, MSN, or other free e-mail account and you make an inquiry, please make sure that your e-mail account allows mail from StrikingColor.com. If you don't, we may not be able to reply to you.
Items will normally ship within three to five business days of payment. If you need your order faster, please let us know and we will try to accomodate you. Normally, payment via Paypal will result in the fastest shipping of your order since there is no need to wait for the mail to be delivered to us, or for your payment to clear. Shipping is typically via Priority Mail or UPS. If you prefer a different shipping method please let us know. Although UPS has much better package tracking, Priority Mail has proven to be the fastest and most economical way to ship to the West Coast, particularly if you have heavier items that will fit into a flat rate box (like several lbs of frits or cane). Shipping to anywhere in the US normally takes a maximum of 2-3 days by Priority Mail vs. 6-8 days by UPS. (We are currently located in Tennessee.) |
